Machine Crunches target both your upper and lower abdominals.

Machines are adjustable, to an extent. We can’t all fit into every piece of equipment at the gym. The Ab Machine can commonly be one of those tricky machines to properly fit into. Concentrate on feeling the rib cage and the pelvis squeeze together as the abs contract. If you can’t achieve this feeling, the piece of equipment you are using may not be suited to your individual needs.
