Muscle Group: Triceps
This is a variation of Incline Triceps Extensions – but here we are hitting the tri’s from a different angle using a decline bench. Decline Dumbbell Triceps Extensions are an old-school bodybuilding movement.
To perform this exercise you are going to lay down on a decline bench, holding a pair of dumbbells with your arms extended behind your head. Your palms should face each other.
We are going to be going for a maximum stretch in the triceps so bend your elbows back until the dumbbells almost touch the floor, but keep your upper arms in line with the sides of your head. Now extend the dumbbells up and out until your arms are fully flexed.
Note: You can use an EZ curl bar for variation.
