Muscle Group: Back
Start the exercise by laying back on a decline bench that is positioned so that your head is right next to the low cable pulley. You should attach a rope or v bar to the machine. Using the rope, allow your arms to stretch back only as far as the lats are still engaged. Make sure your hands are above the pulley.
Start the movement by flexing the lats and performing a normal straight arm pullover. Practice this movement before your working sets.
Return the weight by reversing the pattern slowly to the starting position.
