Welcome to Canadian Fitness – Where Fitness meets Faith!

We seek to write content that is interesting, positive, inspirational, and useful for your life. We would like Canadian Fitness to become a community based on helping one another. You will find various topics related to health and fitness including running, swimming, strength training, vegan/vegetarian eating, bodybuilding and more. Additionally, we hope to deliver content in a way that gets you thinking and wanting to add to the discussion.

Canadian Fitness will try and reflect Christian values. As a result, you will find a unique perspective on our website, including peace, love, and positivity, which we believe is a reflection of Christian principles.

For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. (NIV, 1 Timothy 4:8)

Passion lies at the heart of the world’s most successful entrepreneurial ventures, and Canadian Fitness is a healthy example of that philosophy. There is no set direction on where Canadian Fitness will go in the future. Be it a magazine, a clothing brand or simply a cool place to put out free content and add value to the reader’s life. As the founder, I am trying to bring a different perspective to the fitness community. Addressing all three aspects of fitness – mind, body and most importantly – one’s SPIRIT.

You might have come across online bodybuilding forums and found them to be vain and uninspiring. You are not alone! Fitness magazines are often overrun with advertisements and focus on borderline softcore pornographic topics which cover sexuality from a very secular point of view. That’s why Canadian Fitness is here! We want to be your virtual House of Iron, incorporating fitness and faith.

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body. (NIV, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
